This position will be based in our Traverse City Branch. As our Online Branch Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the online account opening process. You and your team will be responsible for helping our customers execute seamless account opening of Certificates of Deposit and other products as we bring them online. The Online Branch Manager will assist in vendor selection processes and will need to be capable of creating and implementing processes and procedures for online account opening that follow banking compliance and regulations. At FNBA, building relationships and trust with our customers and staff is a primary focus so you must be able to engage in a professional manner that displays open communication, empathy, expertise and positivity. A successful Online Branch Manager will have a minimum of two years’ experience managing direct reports with a detailed knowledge of deposit account opening regulations. The ability to combine accuracy and follow-through, have an optimistic outlook, enthusiastic personality and thrive in a fast paced environment.
